What data does the Intezer Protect sensor collect?
- Process information
- Machine metadata (e.g. hostname, IP address, OS version, ...)
- Executable files and modules from disk or memory
- Files metadata (e.g. file path, permissions, ...)
- Installed packages metadata
- Docker metadata
- Kubernetes metadata
Masking sensitive data in process information
In some cases, process information may naturally contain sensitive data such as passwords. Passwords and other secrets are automatically masked before being stored.
Data encryption
All data collected using the Intezer Protect sensor is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.
Data deletion
Upon request, users can delete a specific file, or delete the entire account with all its data. For any data deletion request please contact us at support@intezer.com.
